We will ship to anywhere in the USA. All of our pricing includes free shipping to the USA.
We also ship to Canada. Canada generally takes a few more days and costs $25 more.
We can also ship the Europe. Europe is around $50 more, depending on the country. Please let us know and we can give you an accurate price.
If we ship to another country you may need to pay customs fees or duties in addition to the shipping fee.

Yes we can. Of course it’s ideal to have a few weeks, and some pins, like Soft Enamel, can’t be rushed. But if you need pins real fast for a big match or tournament, then our Quick Pins can be with you in just 4 working days. If you’re on a tight deadline, we can also arrange for an courier at a small extra charge . Order by 2pm on Monday and they’ll be with you by Friday!
Yes we can. When cost is an issue, we can guide you towards pins that are lower in price but still great quality. For example, stock shapes rather than a custom cut-out, can reduce the cost considerably and still look great.
Being flexible in your timings is also helpful,, and another good way to get a lower price is to choose a slightly smaller sized pin.

Yes. Our quotes include free 3-day shipping, with insurance and tracking to a US address. Your pins will be signed for and transported by well known national companies like FedEx and UPS. For a small extra charge we can also ship by courier and to addresses outside the US.
There’s no right or wrong answer to this question – but that’s why we’re here at the end of the phone to help. The key factors are your team’s logo design, your budget and your time scales.
However, a good starting point is the type of design you already have for your team logo and colors etc. If it’s complicated with graduated colors and fine detail then Offset Printed is a good choice as it will look exactly like your printed material. However if you like the traditional look and your logo will suit blocks of bright color separated by thin wires, then Soft Enamel is ideal.
Whether you go for enamel or offset, you can add to their appeal with glitter, crystals, spinners, danglers and so on. If you want a knockout pin for your team we can suggest enhancements and show you how they’ll look.

Generally we find that 100 pins per player per season is a good quantity to order. It gives each player a chance to trade at most tournaments through the season. You can be sure other teams will want to trade your pins, because of the high quality and unique designs we produce.

If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll ask you about your Hockey team – things like how old your players are, your State, team colors, team logo, mascot and other factors that might be relevant such as an anniversary. From that information we’ll create one or more high quality, original designs, customized to your team. You’ll receive a proof showing exactly what it will look like, including any extra enhancements we decide on, such as spinners, danglers, or glitter.
You can show it to your team, and choose which one you like best, or tell us if you’d like something altered. When everyone’s happy, we go into production. Depending on the type of pin, it could take our craftsmen between 4 days and 4 weeks to make your pins.
We’ll let you know when your pins are being shipped out, and the cost of standard shipping is included in the price. If you need your pins faster, we can also deliver by courier for a small extra charge, and both services are tracked, insured and delivered by a reputable courier like FedEx or UPS. All your pins are wrapped individually in a clear packet, so you can hand them out and start trading soon as they arrive.
