Making each hockey pin is an ancient craft known as Soft Enamel Cloisonne and even today much of the work is done by hand. Your unique design is stamped into the metal to create cavities which are filled with enamel paint. Your pin then goes into an oven at low heat which hardens the colors and brings out the classic lustrous appearance.
Your hockey pin design can include cut-out shapes and metals like gold, silver, brass and copper. You can also add crystals, glitter and other extras like blinkers and glow-in-the-dark.
